Please read this document carefully before using the pavilion888 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all terms stated below.

1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

2 Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, phone number, and any other requested information. All details must match your official identification documents.
Password Security & Login
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. pavilion888 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. All activity carried out through your account is considered to be your own, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our support team. Use a strong password and never share your login details with anyone.
Prohibited Conduct
- Registering using false information or another person's identity.
- Using your account for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership to a third party.
3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the pavilion888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX (internet banking from major Malaysian banks), and direct bank transfer. For the most up-to-date list of payment methods, please check your account settings after logging in.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to your chosen payment method.
- Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Pavilion888 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time for verification purposes.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and verified by pavilion888.
- The name on your bank account must match the name registered on pavilion888.
- Bonus funds are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms before any withdrawal can be made.
- Pavilion888 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if identity verification is required or if there is suspected fraudulent activity.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days.
4 Liability Limits & Account Policy

Pavilion888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to: technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, system errors, or betting outcomes. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and that betting results are final once confirmed by the system.

Account Suspension & Termination
Pavilion888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

- Fraud, market manipulation, or use of unauthorised software.
- Failure to submit the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Activity suspected to involve money laundering or illegal financing.
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
